Practical Use and Quick Assembly
Barbecues from the Splitface series are used to prepare delicious and healthy grilled food. The firebox is loaded with dry twigs and charcoal.
When lighting the fire, avoid sudden temperature changes in the firebox by using burners or petroleum-based products.
Once hot embers have formed, place the grill grate, let it heat up, and then arrange the prepared food.
During cooking, do not extinguish the fire with excessive water, only with light sprinkles if necessary.
It is not recommended to use the stone barbecue as a heating stove or fireplace, nor to maintain a large and prolonged fire with excessive wood in the firebox.
Although this barbecue is solid and heavy, its panel-based construction allows for easier assembly, supported by a detailed instruction manual.
Estimated assembly time: 3.5 – 4.5 hours for 3 – 4 beginners.
The heaviest part is the chimney (trapezoid section), weighing approximately 90 kg, so multiple strong hands will be needed for installation.
Essential Installation Requirements
A stable, level, and well-prepared foundation is crucial for proper and easy assembly.
The barbecue elements are assembled in order, following the numbering in the manual, and bonded with C2-class cement adhesive.
For this model, you will need 15 kg of cement adhesive.
