International delivery and logistics across Europe

 

We work with clients across Europe and have experience supporting international projects of various scales.

 

Please note that transport is typically arranged by the customer, most often through an external logistics company of their choice. This approach allows full flexibility in terms of timing, cost optimization, and preferred transport partners.

 

We provide full support by supplying all necessary shipment details, including:

  • packaging specifications

  • pallet dimensions

  • total weight and volume of the order

Our standard process is as follows:


After order confirmation, we issue a proforma invoice for advance payment via bank transfer. Once production is completed and the order is ready for dispatch, the customer arranges transport and pickup from our base in Kresna city.

If needed, we are always available to coordinate with your logistics partner and ensure a smooth loading process.

 

Delivery and logistics within Bulgaria 

 

The cost of transport is not included in the prices provided. Delivery is always at the recipient's expense. We do not offer installation services, and installation is not included in the price.

 

Transport can be arranged by the client, with the order picked up directly from our production base in Kresna after confirmation that it’s ready for dispatch. Our showroom in Sofia is only an exhibition space; orders or items cannot be picked up or paid for there.

 

Alternatively, we can assist with organizing transport to your address through an external courier company or via our own transport. With extensive experience, we are happy to help: we consult on delivery prices based on the weight and dimensions of the order, scheduling, and all other details to ensure the most convenient and budget-friendly transport.

 

Orders cannot be picked up or paid for at RAIMAR's showroom in Sofia, which is exclusively an exhibition and consultation center.

 

For a pallet order with a value of up to €100 | BGN 195.58, an additional “Pallet Packaging” fee of €6 | BGN 11.73 will be applied.

 

We ship all our products nationwide to your address via delivery companies Econt, Transpress, and Speedy within two business days, provided the order is in stock and according to the delivery schedule for smaller locations. If cash on delivery is preferred, an additional "CASH ON DELIVERY" courier fee of 2% of the order value will apply.

 

Pallet deliveries are handled by trucks equipped with lift gates and pallet jacks for easier unloading at the client’s location.

 

Most courier trucks are medium-sized (12 tons), so there must be easy physical access to the delivery point. Alternatively, unloading will occur at the closest accessible street.

 

The courier service is to the external gate of a house or the street entrance of an apartment building. The driver is unaccompanied and is not required to move the pallets. The pallet jack cannot navigate stairs, curbs, thresholds, or grass, as it would sink. The recipient is responsible for providing access and assistance for unloading heavy shipments.

 

Upon receiving the order from the courier, inspect the integrity of the shipment and the packaging for any visible damages. All shipments are insured. If there are issues, immediately send photos of the damaged packaging via Viber to +359 898 461 913 or +359 879 51 60 50. If the order is accepted without objections and damage caused during transport is later discovered, we cannot submit a damage claim to the courier.

 

Deliveries are carried out according to the courier’s delivery schedule on business days from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We always monitor the shipment status in real-time and are available to provide the recipient with the tracking number and contact information for the courier center. Due to factors beyond our control, we cannot assume responsibility for delayed or undelivered shipments on the agreed date, as we have no direct control over drivers or the courier’s delivery processes. If cash on delivery is preferred (paid to the courier upon receipt), an additional "CASH ON DELIVERY" courier fee of 2% of the order value applies. To avoid this fee, we recommend prepayment by bank transfer (we will send a proforma invoice with all necessary details).

 

For pallet orders with custom-cut slabs (sills and steps from granite, marble, or travertine), the pallet length is limited to a maximum of 140 cm and weight up to 700 kg. An additional packaging fee "Wooden Crate Service" of 36 BGN/unit is applied.

 

If the delivery address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or includes an erroneous address and/or phone number, any transportation costs incurred due to the package redirection will be the client's responsibility.

 

Stone slabs are packed on wooden pallets or in crates for budget-friendly transport and easy loading/unloading. For packaging in cartons for orders up to 5 sq. m., an additional "Packaging in Boxes" Service fee is applied.

 

For packaging in a wooden crate for orders of custom-cut slabs (sills and steps) from marble, granite, or travertine, an additional fee is applied.

 

If the pallet order is delivered to an Econt office, please note that Econt applies a Storage Fee after the 2nd business day.

 

We also ship orders throughout Europe via door-to-door courier service. Let us know which items you’re interested in and the postal code for the delivery location. We will check with the courier companies and send you the best transportation rate.
