For complex shapes or irregular cuts, we recommend sending us a physical template made from cardboard (via courier). If you require edging processing, please mark this via wavy edge and mark it clearly on the template.

- Payment Terms: 50% upfront deposit + 50% upon collection or before dispatch.
- Production Time:
✔ Small orders (up to 5 m²) – typically 10-15 business days, depending on workload.
✔ Larger projects – estimated individually.

Delivery & Transport Options

✔ Courier Delivery – We can arrange transport for custom-cut stone slabs via trusted courier services.
✔ Self-Collection – Customers can send their own transport to pick up orders from our factory in Kresna.
✔ Packaging & Safety – We secure stone slabs in wooden crates or pallets to ensure safe transport.

Courier Requirements:
✔ Slabs must not exceed 140 cm in length.
✔ Max weight per crate: 700 kg.
✔ Wooden crate packaging: 18 euro per unit.
