How to place an order?

We will send you a copy of the order with all necessary information, including prices and delivery time, via Viber or email for your confirmation.

Before dispatching the order, we will contact you in advance by phone to confirm a convenient delivery date for you.

How much does the shipping cost, and how is the delivery handled?

The courier service is always at the recipient's expense.

What are the payment methods?

In advance via bank transfer (we will send you a proforma invoice).

It is not possible to make payments for orders at the Raimar showroom in Sofia, as it serves only as an exhibition and advisory center.

Are all products in stock?

We do our best, but we do not always have all products in stock. Please, before coming to our location or before sending transportation for picking up the goods, contact us to confirm the readiness of the order.

Our production time for some products in the Garden Furniture category is several weeks.

Use our "Inquiry" form or call us at 0898 461 913 to confirm the available quantity and the current lead time.

Do the garden products have stone cladding on the back?

In most cases, our garden products are mounted against a wall, and therefore, their backs are coated with a cement plaster and do not have stone cladding.

Additionally, based on an individual project, we can create a double-sided garden product if it will be placed in a more central location and will be visible from all four sides in a 360° view.

Can barbecues and stoves be used in enclosed spaces or as a fireplace?

No. Barbecues and stoves are intended for outdoor use only.

Where can I view your products?

Visit us in Kresna, Bulgaria to explore our extensive range and make your selection. We are located at the end of the town on the right side of the main road E-79 towards Sandanski, just after the Eco gas station. Our working hours in Kresna are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Recently, we opened a showroom and advisory center in Sofia, at 9 Boris Arsov Street, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM,.

It is important to note that the Raimar showroom in Sofia provides the opportunity for viewing and consultation but does not allow direct on-site purchases. For all interested customers, the purchasing process remains easy and convenient through the official online store of Raimar or in person at the production base in the town of Kresna. Deliveries to the address continue to be carried out as before, with direct transport from Kresna or from Bucharest (for orders from Piatraonline).

How to order samples of stone cladding and flooring?

Raimar offers the opportunity to receive free samples of all natural stone cladding and flooring. You will only pay for the courier service, using the courier of your preference. If you choose more samples, the delivery cost will increase based on the weight.

Send us the product numbers of the desired stones, along with your name, address, and contact phone number. Typically, within 5 working days, you will receive the selected samples via courier.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery of orders that are in stock is completed within a maximum of 1 week.

Our lead time for orders that are not in stock is several weeks after order confirmation.

The delivery time also depends on our workload in production. We always provide an estimated shipping date along with the order confirmation for proper planning.

The main characteristics of natural stone:

The essential characteristics of the products are defined in the profile of each item in this online store. The pictures, images, and samples provide a general idea of the colors and external features. Each stone is unique in its kind, and variations are possible due to its geological natural origin. Natural deviations should be accepted as inherent to the rock material, not as defects. Samples and published images do not imply complete uniformity in quartz veins, metamorphic veining, colors, spots, and the structure of the slabs because natural variations are considered normal.

- The provided dimensions of the stone slabs are nominal, meaning the actual dimensions fall within the acceptable tolerance. The dimensions of cut, shaped slabs with the designation size "... x L" have arbitrary lengths and only the width is specified, along with the range of thickness variations. The length varies in different sizes. Our machine-cut slabs are not calibrated and have an acceptable tolerance of ± 3mm.

- Rough-textured and split slabs have relatively good slip resistance due to their split surface. Irregularities on the face side of the slabs result from manual splitting and cutting. In wet conditions, surface roughness may be compromised, depending on temperature fluctuations.

The degree of resistance to water absorption and freeze/thaw cycles depends on the climatic conditions of the usage location, the traffic load, and whether the regulatory requirements for installation, impregnation, and care of natural stone are adhered to.

All stone slabs absorb water, and mandatory sealing/waterproofing with specialized products from AKEMI or LTP is required for the care and maintenance of natural stone.
