Practical Use and Quick Assembly:

The barbecue is used to prepare delicious and healthy grilled foods. Load the firepit with dry twigs and charcoal. When lighting, avoid sudden temperature changes in the combustion chamber by not using blowtorches or petroleum-based products. Place a grill rack over the hot coals, and once heated, arrange your prepared items. During grilling, it's not advisable to extinguish the fire with large amounts of water; only sprinkle lightly if needed.

Stone barbecues are not recommended for use as a stove/fireplace for heating, nor for prolonged fires with a lot of wood in the combustion chamber.

The Splitface series barbecue has a modular construction and precise assembly instructions, allowing three beginners to install it in approximately 3-4 hours.

A critical condition for quality assembly is a stable, well-leveled, and even platform. The barbecue elements are built according to the numbering in the assembly instructions and glued with class C2 cement-based adhesive. The required amount of adhesive is 10 kg. Each part must be thoroughly moistened with water before applying the adhesive to ensure proper bonding. Level at every stage, both horizontally and vertically. Finally, grout and clean. Once the adhesive dries (12 to 24 hours, depending on the season), your barbecue is ready to use.

Our Useful Tips:

More heat for longer periods ensures excellent rotisserie results. Add a skewer system with an electric motor to your barbecue, and you're all set for lavish feasts.

If you'd like to further impregnate the countertop surface to prevent absorption of water and grease, use the high-quality product from the German company Akemi. This is an excellent stone impregnator called "No Stain," made with high-quality organic substances and food-safe (tested by LGA Nuremberg). One 250ml bottle will be completely sufficient.
