The barbecues from the Splitface Series are our largest and heaviest model of outdoor stone fireplaces for grilling on charcoal or spit-roasting/rotisserie for chicken, lamb, or skewers with meat and vegetables.

It's important to know that the Large Barbecue from the Splitface Series features:
- A combustion chamber made of fire-resistant bricks bonded with heat-resistant adhesive;

- Practical use and quick installation
Barbecues from the Splitface Series are used for preparing delicious and healthy grilled food. The fire pit is loaded with dry kindling and charcoal. When lighting, avoid sudden temperature changes in the combustion chamber by not using blowtorches or oil-based products. Once the charcoal is hot, the grill is placed on top, and after it heats up, the prepared foods are arranged. During cooking, it's not recommended to extinguish the fire with large amounts of water; only light spraying should be used.
It's not advisable to use stone barbecues as a stove/fireplace for heating, nor to light prolonged and intense fires with large amounts of wood in the combustion chamber.
Although the product is solid, its structure is panel-based, which facilitates assembly, especially with detailed instructions that are recommended to be followed closely. The approximate assembly time for 3-4 beginners is 3.5 – 4.5 hours. The heaviest part is the chimney (the trapezoid) of the barbecue, weighing about 90 kg, requiring several pairs of strong hands.
An important condition for the correct and easy installation of your stone barbecue is the platform. It should be stable, well-aligned, and leveled. The barbecue elements are assembled according to the numbering in the assembly instructions and are bonded with cement adhesive class C2, with a required quantity of 15 kg for this product. The individual parts should be thoroughly wetted with water before applying the adhesive for proper bonding. Level each stage horizontally and vertically. Finally, grout and clean. After the adhesive has dried (from 12 to 24 hours depending on the season), your barbecue is ready for use.
